#15462 RE: PDOS4Life #15422

So I see that my other reply got removed but it is now pending review, I personally believe if PDOS shares go any lower, I plan to buy more! Short-term, the market makers/flippers might mess with us, but long-term I see buyout potential, imo, and if Rosenberg doesn't want to sell then buyout offers will raise the share price imo and as more quarterly filings show earnings perhaps it will help to get us moving to another exchange, imo. But this imo will all take time.

I suppose it should be noted for full disclosure purposes that imo on the spectrum of all possibilities there is the chance of bankruptcy on one side, and buyout on the other. Of course it is always up to you, if you are very concerned, perhaps reducing your ownership to a more emotionally manageable position when your target price is reached is just what the doctor ordered. I feel bad for you to have taken such a reduction since your purchase price, but hang in there!!!

I'll bet they could go low; not that they will, but if they do I wouldn't worry, if you plan to hold them. If you wanted to sell them in a week at a zillion percent profit, maybe that will be more difficult :-)

I'm holding just under 100K and I plan to buy more and go long. Even if this stock goes down to .0001 I'll just buy more when I can---I realize the potential of the industry and the business they are in. Maybe that's because I am more in-tune with entertainment than other industries and I enjoy owning a stake in (albeit a small one) a company I believe in that is doing things I would like to be a part of. If you've got the stomach to endure some possible fluctuation, it's not technically a loss until you sell at a loss :-) But wanting to protect and lock-in profits or constantly see only gains is normal.

The fundamentals of this company are strong! The CEO isn't ultimately in business to make short-term money off its stock, he's in it to tell amazing stories and deliver amazing product related to said stories. If you're really looking for answers, take everything you see here with a grain of salt, and try to decipher all the legalese in their SEC filings for a little more clarity, or even give investor relations a call. But I'd be patient with them as they are probably fielding all kinds of bullsh*t from people who don't quite get it. This company is just now starting to really monetize what they've been building for years and yes, I'm taking a chance, and I'm not just in it for the money, but I believe yes, in the end, there will be substantial financial gains in buying the stock at this price and holding for years. I suppose flipping it with the ups and downs would bring more sheer profit but also tax consequences and I feel more like just going long than anything.

I definitely see the share price being volatile, maybe not, maybe some more dilution coming, maybe not, but it could, and it won't bother me one bit. Dilution could be looked at as a bridge to future gains. If this was some other penny stock I didn't understand as well, I might be frightened of dilution and look at a dwindling share price as a scary black hole with no return in sight... but this one I'm planning to be holding for years and years and years..!! Even if I need the cash I'm going to try to avoid selling large portions of my holdings, just because I believe long-term the value to be so strong. There may be ups and downs and bumps along the way but overall I see long-term growth and I plan to be patient and faithful. I'm totally PDOS4Life too!!!!
