Hey raddoc my apologies if this has been discussed already. I believe the phase 2 guy from yesterday was being sincere. Imo today would have been the absolute worst day to PR anything as it would have fallen deaf ears and bloody tears. Again my opinion but after 4 glasses of scotch I'm numbing up nicely after todays market blood bath.
