No. lol, I don't want a refund. The company is moving forward and will be worth much more that $1.70/share.

Call them, they will be happy to talk to you.

So far it looks like they won't be able to get class certification.

Not enough interested parties. But the one or two they do have, and one of them only bought 1000 shares, can still get a private lawyer and try to get a refund for being a bad trader.

Interested to see how that works out.
