Your scenario might happen. There could be a reverse split in 2012 if profitablity doesn't occur. When I last spoke with Scott (around a month ago, and published the highlights of that conversation here) Scott stated there would not be a reverse split in 2011. But when I asked him about it for 2012, he declined to answer the question. So it appears possible that Scott might do a reverse split in 2012 if things aren't going well for the company. Let's hope that things are going well, and a reverse split is not necessary.
