Yeah a shell does not rinse once it has been dirtied by a group of criminals that busted it out specifically to line their pockets on a pump and dump. All it can do is just reset the share structure and start over again, I am not certain why ECO would by this dirty shell after that unless they do not care and just want to sell shares. Any good lawyer and CPA would be steering them away from this tainted shell.
