The river materials stated are diferent to the Pampana and dredgeing would be different but as we dont know for certain that is a guess. They already have, or have ordered equipment more suited to a sand type of material and it looks like Ghana River has a heavy clay base and double layer gravel which requires a diferent method of mining clay and silt work is hard. If they have the banka drill info and can spend a short time confirming then land ops would be the way to go. JMHO as only the guy on the ground will know.
