We have to keep in mind that there are several states and government entities that all this merger information has to be processed through. The SoS of Florida, California, Nevada just at the base level. And, we all probably know how tedious it can be dealing with any government agency. Our time is coming and we are starting to see little hints of the progress such as the update on the Florida SoS site that Phil pointed out. BIG NEWS is just over the horizon IMO.
