TBEagl, to add, concerning the MSHA...

I think this is something positive to add from that report supporting the cause for Bayport/EXTO too on page 11 concerning an honorable mention of the MSHA:

All mining activities are monitored and regulated by Mining Safety and Health Administration (MSHA). The purpose of MSHA is to prevent death, disease, and injury from mining and to promote safe and healthful workplaces for the Nation’s miners (MHSA mission statement).

Did anyone see who that was courtesy of (Thank you for attributing me, as I did not expect it)? I believe I am fair and believe I have given REAL DD, not junk speculation.

The sections pointed out do show some promise.

I still think they have a long way to go and would feel WAY better about putting money here if they had a mine ID.
