Did you look at their earnings report?

The "investigation" (by some parasite lawfirm) is the product of their earnings report and the fact management should be fired for not relaying this info to the Street ahead of time.

that and that despite getting slightly green at the open... plummets. I covered some of my covered calls the other day and have been buying bits of other calls here and there, just in case of a big bounce, which I expect... when there is a broad relief rally after ANY jobs number.
