if it was a gurantee ...then it would be 100 dollars per share and trading on the NASDAQ....


i am always amazed at the warnings from people ..who poke holes in what is already swiss cheese....the pinksheet/OTC market is full of holes......

it is either groundfloor opportunity...or it is a trainwreck...at this price....i am going with groundfloor...
