What is next Thursday? I thought the court date to figure things out was August 22nd? It's not over until the Fat Lady Sings... However if the Money gets put up by CLSC- on a bright note we can say the show will go on!

What part of "it's over" do you not understand?

It's always next Thursday, or next month, or next quarter. Those who have pumped this stock shamelessly seem to have trouble with reality. I have read about how the company will:
finish up their financials
become trade eligible again
start a PR campaign to sell their over-priced vitamin
trade over 50 cents

Many here are long, yet no one wanted to do the legwork for their investment. This dumbass short took the time over the last several months to actually go to the stores and see how sales were going. I just wish I could have shorted more.

This company is DOA. Chas is, IMO, either an incompetent or a slime. Stern is no bargain when you look him up on the net. Sorry to those who made legit investments that failed. There are those, IMO, who deliberately misled, for whatever reasons.

Next time you invest, look to management. The minute Yakatan became involved in this mess, I started to short. When he was named CEO, I shorted over 100K shares more.

Folks, learn from your mistakes. If you find Yak or Chas in a company, short the piss out of it, IMO.
