BULM usually puts in its gains during a quick burst... and imo, with profits/gold climbing and the share structure tightening, we could see another big burst any day now.
Its also possible that there was a quiet period while working on the 10K and we will now start to see some news flow... at least i hope they release something during this major interest spike in the precious metals markets. All we need are some new eyes on the amazing DD here.
