A Google search came up with nothing about that company. Hell anyone can start a leasing company.... all you need is the internet and some desks along with office chairs!

Chili Palmer, of course an IRP can get paid with shares or cash and their sole job description is to say anything to investors to make them feel good about their investment.

The problem here is that to post on a message board, they are required to disclose;

-how much they are/were paid
-how they were paid (cash, stockn options)
-when they were paid
By not disclosing these 3 things after being asked nicely to do so puts every CGAQ investor in jeopardy.

Please understand that I have been friends with Steven since he was a subcontractor at Reliant Interactive Media nearly 15 years ago. As I mentioned to a few inquiries, we do business differently. Be assured, any stock I owned, I paid for. I was never given the stock bonus, medical, travel expensive or other thoughts that you might have in mind.

I was asked to help and as a friend, I did so while receiving minimal remuneration for the efforts. I did so with a promise from Steven and understanding of where the second round of this economy was going. Fortunately, I had to move on and Zarnicola Corporation is a private company which was purchased completely without knowledge or consideration from Steven, months after I left CGAQ.

Apparently, my forecast on the economy and the stock market were correct and my personal investment in Zarnicola proves to be well thought out. I’d like to thank you all for your input and inquiries during my time at Caribbean Casino and Gaming Corp.
