No, it will be worth all of the current value. You will have fewer shares at a higher price. Same market cap. After the aquisition is when you find out if you made a good move. The 160 million new shares plus the 40 million prior are going to go up or down. This is how I see it. I I could be wrong. I have already placed my bet, and if this sells off hard on R/S news I will be there buying all I can afford.
