Housh, Punk wanted me to post the following to you in reference to reasoning behing an O/S of 130 million shares at the end of 2010 (I think he ran out of available today posts...):

Remember all that has transpired the past year. How about those shares that were given back to HNSS through the MedBioWeb sale? Could they have been sitting in the treasury the whole time and used to reduce the O/S to 130 million shares at the end of the year? How about the other subsidiaries and ventures that were developed in 2010 or were being developed prior to the end of 2010. There are so many things that could have taken place to reduce HNSS's O/S considerably. That is only a 25 million share haircut from the previous 155 million (non average) oustanding share structure of Q3.
