That is an inconsistent statement, BEHL the ticker is still here, SUNBIZ also does not agree with that assessment since it is required by law to file the merger to disolve the active registration still being displayed by the SOS of Florida. Further there has been no Name/Symbol change posted on the daily OTC reports, it is in fact still BEHL Biocentric Energy Holding Inc.

So in closing ECO Waste Control as a public company does not exist, no such documents supporting such a statement.

It purely conjecture on my part (lol beat you to it) but I truly believe that the second verse is going to be the same as the first and that it would be better for everybody concerned if it were to just end now. Man this is worse than trying to stay with a wife that hates you.
