MLXO was my first penny stock and was a tip from a close family member at the time. Since MLXO I have dabbled in a few more with poor results but have followed many many more and can't believe that there aren't more regulations in place that protect the average investor. As you suggest and I agree there needs to be IMO some minimum reporting required that at least gives the investor a chance to determine real vs. scam.
