I called IR Monday, he was pretty non-committal other than that they were working on the details. I would think that they would already have plans worked up for a refinery and that the realestate had been scoped out, so that would leave the financing aspect. What else could it be, they would have to dump 6 billion shares at .0017 for us to pay for it so traditional financing is the only real option here.
