IMO, the initial scheduling of the pre-ind is priced in at $1.25. If that is pr'd soon it will not drive the price up much. If it is not pr'd soon (say, 2 months) we will be close to a dollar, maybe slightly below.

Now if there is some indication of action BEYOND merely scheduling a meeting, hold on to your hats because it is going up.
