So I spoke to Andrew J. Barwicki, FEEL's IR today. I had sent him an email yesterday and he replied asking me to call him and he would answer my questions.
The Good -
Andrew told me that FEEL was not diluting any shares, and that they had no association with VFIN.
The not so good -
Andrew said that Longside Financial could be selling the shares it got in exchange for the loan it gave to FEEL through VFIN, so that FEEL could buy Pro Line. These shares can be sold or held by Longside at their pleasure. FEEL itself has no control over how they manage those shares.
Andrew was very professional, and polite !
Overall I think buying lots of FEEL shares was and is a wise investment choice.
Time will tell.
