Oilman57...I would think it would be a pretty safe bet to say our JDZ partners will accompany us into STP's EEZ and share the oil. We have no means of operatoring the blocks so it actually works out quite well for Offor and team. Without XOM in STP's apparent pocket, our partners wouldn't have stood much of a chance on STP's most prime blocks (our picks) so they are likely quite pleased to have the opportunity.
