previously, he has said that it will double revenues immediately and move the company into profitability.

IMO, I think the acquisition alone will push this back to the low to mid .002s. With acheived profitability I think this can make a push towards .005 in the weeks following an announcement of the sorts, with cent levels a little ways down the road with confirmed profitable financials, ticker and website change and other indications of continuing to move forward after profitability is obtained.
