I think so as well - there was a lot more information obtained through the lawsuit filing and the actual lawsuit documentation. The amount of information obtained from the lawsuit documentation was amazing and really showed that Izzy (of MMTE) is the one pulling Liebs' (of MMTE) strings.
It also appears as if Izzy is the one that got Liebs the position. I found it very interesting that Liebs then went back to the same group that he took over for and tried to obtain financing. Very interesting coming from a person that is supposedly very wealthy!
