If there actually is a spin-out of Nio-Star (which we are assuming) then I do not really care what the ratio will be. It's going up no matter what. I'm sure Dahlman Rose and advisers have figured out the best ratio of shares for maximum payout to shareholders. We are in good hands. They know exactly what they are doing.
