Are the Asher notes about done? It seems like Asher is killing the share price with constant selling

Good Morning,

We are well into the 5th Asher note as described in the 8K, so yes the end is near.

I feel the pain and frustration of the pps. With the press releases I have tried to not only keep the shareholders informed but mitigate some of the effect of the sales. With the difficulty in the capital markets and the arbitrary regulations being placed on small cap stocks it has been difficult to move into better sources of capital. While we have had some success; we have redoubled our effort to find money that will allow us to continue to expand the company without onerous dilution.

Please understand that I realize my responsibility to the stockholders is just as important as that to my customers and employees. Any decision I make is from the viewpoint of a stockholder because I am one and would welcome more shares.
