Yes to my knowledge chemotherapy (gemcitabine or 5FU, but gemcitabine showed head to head superiority) is SOC (potentially combined with radiation and/or ressection if applicable).
INFI is running a phase 2 combo w/ gemcitabine based on the tumor stroma premise you mentioned.
Gem is quite prevalent, either mono or in combination with other chemo (combo with Tarceva is common). But Gem is radiosensitizing so it tends to be used less with concurrent radiation, 5FU/Xeloda used more.
