Re: "The Hazmat unit is about two months away from military testing that will take place at UCLA. Apparently, the military is spending $250k to test it. The head of the LAPD Hazmat encouraged them to build the unit and has been involved. If the Hazmat unit tests are a success, which he feels is very, very likely, this could lead to a ridiculous amount of orders." June 03, 2011

In May, UCLA opened up a new UC Global Bio Lab. Are the Eco-Safe hazmat units being tested there?

"On Friday, May 20, 2011, UCLA will host the grand opening of its new Global Bio Lab, a first-of-its-kind high-speed, high-volume automated laboratory for infectious-disease surveillance, monitoring and research. The new facility will dramatically increase the speed at which infectious agents are submitted, tested and analyzed, and this enhanced capacity will improve our nation’s ability to respond quickly to bio-emergencies, such as bioterrorist attacks or flu pandemics. The UCLA School of Public Health collaborated with the Los Alamos National Laboratory to develop the Global Bio Lab, with initial, congressionally directed funding from the U.S. Department of Defense and from the California Emergency Management Agency."

Rosenstock said the 6,000-square-foot "Global Bio Lab" will be a go-to testing facility for federal, state and local governments during "surge modes," when quick detection of diseases is critical to halting their spread.
