The COO responsibilities alone should take 10 hours a week.

Scary.

George O'Leary is self-defined as a "turn around specialist". That is why he was brought in. In NYC, you have exactly 3 months to make a marked difference, otherwise you are down the road with your resume in flames.

It has been 5 years since GO has been injected into the NeoMedia fray. I don't know about you, but in my work experience, a COO works tirelessly and with 100% full throttle commitment (without counting up to 10 hours before arriving at the end of their work week), in order to make the business any kind of success. A COO will do whatever it takes! But unfortunately, IMHO that is not the case with NeoMedia.

Now let me ask you another question. Of all the businesses GO has been involved with, just how many would you say are a success? Some companies in his Bio are no longer in business like SmartTire; most likely due to the style of SEDA financing he peddles to unsuspecting corporate owners which he ultimately winds up serving on the BOD. Now why do you suppose that is? Is this really how you would define a true bona-fide COO in corporate America?

If GO and his Hudson St. buds turn NeoMedia around and show true and lasting share price appreciation, I will personally walk across the street and kiss him on the forehead next time he is in Jersey City or I'm in Boca.
