Why a week or two? If you only live 15 minutes away couldnt it be sooner? We would appreciate it. Although I doubt it if will help the PPS any.

How about tomorrow--I will pay for your gas-lets see what is happening. Workers? Mail? or someone manning the office?

If there's anyone around can you talk to them as well as taking photos.

Things like how much they're paid, hours worked, communication with their bosses, prior experience.

Also talk to some of the local shopkeepers / store owners. They will see trucks coming and going (or not) so you get an idea of how active the place is. You'll have to separate between construction (facility prep) and trucks carrying goods produced/to be produced.
