I know you say the company is broke,but they should have repurchased those shares back . They should atleast have 500 plus thousand or somewhere around there to buy back the 7.7 million.come out with a good earnings if possible boost pps ,eps get stock price up to about .40 and resale if need be for about 3 million to the good.just a thought.
