People should not forget the NAK JV as in-progress. Last I checked NAK has plenty of cash and was making progress on the AK claims last year. No reason to doubt that they won't or already have continued these efforts for 2011...

LBSR needs JV, financings, etc to explore the AZ copper and uranium claims. Exercising of all the stock options could provide a nice influx.
