I agree with you it is possible, with the financial backing to pull it off and an agreeable network! Networks get pitches all the time, and sometimes these things happen. Is there enough of a story line with Baristas, I don't see it after the first show or two. All the others you mentioned has something differnt in each episode to bring you back. T&A and coffee alone, maybe but...
