...Suppose you mean that with a merger we have to surrender our shares for shares of the new company? ...That's the usual procedure...
But that doesn't have to be bad.We will get our equal share of the company back in new shares.A merger can mean more financial strenght for the company. They won't merger unless there's something in for them ...
A new share structure, with a new share value...No more need for a S/R, which is now very likely to happen with over 500 mil shares outstanding.
As long as this is not followed by dilution, it's ok !

IMO no such thing will happen until everything has come together..
Audit...Tier-up...Financing ...
Maybe this, maybe next year .
We are dealing here with a company that will climb out of the shades..Holding long is the best option !!

SMEV is going to be a "fooler"and I would not doubt to see those sp soon enough, but I have to disagree....I think it is smev that will be doing the acquiring not being acquired!! You never know though , either way smev IMO will be a huuuuge winner!! Gltu

Rubo, don't stare at that A/S for 2 long it will shrink again and by alot more than 2 mil.....that was just a good faith start by smev management!!IMO , gltu
