A generic has filed. It will be a tough one though, they'll need to have a solid REMS and Jazz has an actual patent on their distribution system. Definitely an open question what the FDA will do. I'd like to see generics file. The pricing is ridiculous.

Either way, you sure were right to complain about the Orphan Medical acquisition. What a debacle that management was. (I held shares as well).
