Before Andrew Austin took over as President there were 168,949 outstanding shares with a market cap of $45,000. On March 7, 2011 outstanding shares jumped to 30,382,521 with a market cap of $8,507,106. 29,588,040 of the shares are restricted, 794,481 of the shares are floating. Subtract 168,949 from 794,481 and there was 625,532 more shares available for sale. Since March 7 there was approximately 87,000 shares traded, take that from 625,532 and there are still 538,532 shares I'm waiting to see who owns them. Maybe we will hear something soon, maybe not, but at some point Andrew Austin has to tell us something. I hope it's good news and worth the wait!
