Smokey,

We tried to respond to this query a while back already. Your cost basis cannot be $60. You really should map out how much the warrants will cost you to exercise and your break-even point.

If you try to go to YMB, those folks are experts with warrants. They'd be able to work this out together with you.

2¢ x the # of warrants you hold
so if you have 1000 warrants = $20
they are going to divide the shares by the RS factor (20)
so your 1000 warrants will = 50 shares and you paid 40¢/each

(or this is what has been posted here...although
I'm not sure who knows that for sure,
if no one has been able to exercise their warrants...
because it was not spelled out in the filings)
