icarus.......Malaysia and Korea are joint ventures in which FASC will share in the remaining profits, 50/50, after paying FASC a royalty for each KDS sold there. The Japanese licensee, SteelPlantech, pays royalties for each KDS sold there.

The Brazilian license is pending.

The joint venture entities in Malaysia and Korea....called FASC-Malaysia and JP Fasc Co Ltd.....both manufacture KDS in their own regions. SteelPlantech in Japan also manufactures KDS in Japan.

The Brazilian manufacturing situation has yet to be determined.
