merge with "N"? Maybe you mean Centacom? "N" was a worthless shell at the time and honestly I haven't seen an official filing that they are merged.... I don't think Centa would have brought this company anything viable. They're talking a good talk but that's about it so far. The company they did merge with "N" doesn't have investors confidence yet. Look at their pps dwindle slowly.
