if you look here, tab down a bit, you see the bid was 9, ask was 10 and there is the .04 that got filled.

i see this a lot.. not sure why every one so upset about it. its just penny land, its the wild west down here.

but to accuse another poster of lying,, wow, did you even pull up the trades page?

it didn't have a commission because I have 90 days of free trades in my new Fidelity account.
