Midtier, my hope is the news on Monday re Exile is exactly your scenario.

I agree with you, the lack of any info follow-up on the CHAD pr is totally (no pun) inexcusable and pathetic! This scenario would give PN a graceful exit - not that he deserves one - and give ERHC senior mgmt with oil industry experience, two goals executed in a single step!

That said, I am not sure where the $$ to pay for Exile would from come?

Maybe some creative transaction which requires a minimal cash outlay? The other alternative is share dilution - not good @ .14 cents!!!?????
