No I am pretty certain documents filed at the OTC say otherwise, Alex Padilla was in fact a director at BEHL and is in fact a legal family member of Pawson. It is a fact that Pawson has ownership in all of the Padilla businesses supported by tax filings. Their is no twisting of by proxy ownership. It has been fun, so how is the selling of shares or dumping shares going, can you get me an answer as to which is occurring... Shareholder dissatisfaction or more dilution?
If Pawson were not involved with Behl why would Fisher go to him when his little world caved in, why would Pawsons address be listed as a point of contact on a filing with Sunbiz. Pawsons dealings with these shells is not illegal but rather reside in the gray area.
