As far as my thoughts on ANDI. Looks like the CEO has reversed several of the recent mergers. The only bright spot is a small chunk of those dilution shares are going to be returned and the os will be lowered. It is my gut feeling some of these mergers were "shady" to begin with since they took place with minnamar at the helm. We all know they are a bunch of scam artist crooks! With the IR firm contract recently being cancelled I get the feeling the CEO is cleaning up the mess MMM put the company in is my assumption. MMM is known for bogus mergers to pump up share prices. With these pos penny stocks who knows what will happen it could tank or run off this news your guess is as good as mine all part of playing in the wild wild west of pennyland.
