I think the timing of the lawsuit was highly suspect. In my opinion, he wanted to shut us up because he has a few other scams on the go. ie: GSTP, IFLM, and of course IMPN just to name a few.
I haven't heard what's been going on with SAEI lately, but I do know that his involvement with Supatcha is under SEC investigation.
