Perhaps... but it's not really fair for Nephros to get us to BUY those warrants,
and then prevent us from exercising them in a timely manner!
I think they've had plenty of time to get things in order with the SEC,
to allow the warrants to be exercised!
I've put plenty of money into to this company,
and held on faithfully through all the BS.
I took full advantage of the rights offering
+ I oversubscribed...
(and exercising those warrants, I will be giving them STILL MORE $$$)
It does not matter whether I would actually sell the shares or not.
I WANT TO BE ABLE TO HAVE A CHOICE!!!
There was NOTHING in the filing saying those warrants
would NOT be able to be exercised until after ____ date.
If they drag their feet on this TOO long,
I will be PISSED!
...I'm not a nice person when I get pissed :)
