THey are talking about company manipulaiton. The SEC is busy looking at porn not policing penny stocks. They dont regulate naked shorts on the major boards even after Lehman bros and other train wrecks. Just buy at these giveaway prices they are creating. We have over 10 milltion shares traded and this thing is holding within 20% of the recent run up. THat is all I need to know. I am backing up the truck so SELL away boys:)

FINRA would probably respond quicker. MMs must know PCFG is gonna run big soon and probably want to buy as much as possible as cheap as possible.
