It appears so....

A lot of $$ down the drain on this one, instead of showing us he was a clever con man, he showed arrogance with the "acquisition of a Gold Mine".

A fatal mistake to assume because he was able to BS prior and the sheep kept grazing, the stories just got so rediculous.
