I'm not sure it works that way owning a foreign stock. You should be right, sounds like good logic, but regardless of where it is, it's still listed on a US exchange. I've had several Canadian companies/stocks that move with the market, falling big when the rest of the market falls big. On the upside, small penny stocks are often affected less or not affected at all.

If ICBT makes a bundle in mining won't those badly needed funds help crank their other exploratory projects lying in the wings?

Very good post from drummond worth repeting... With the possability of a market crash due to the debt problems, its interesting that the majority of ICBS holdings are in Canada which has one of the strongest economies in the world, not to mention a AAA credit rating. If the U.S. dollar falls, our investment won't. This stock could be a real winner with the mining and Identascan holdings
