It's pretty much fighting with the republican party.. John boehner is trying to hold that party together. The tea party caucus in the republican which is led by Michelle B, is pretty much holding everything up.. If it was John Boehner by himself, this would have been passed a long time ago.. A TON OF IN FIGHTING WITHIN THE REPUBLICAN PARTY...
