They made an offer for public financing--Guess they did not get it and sold shares--IMO.

I'm laughing at it myself... They're working very hard to get production here in the states started at a much higher level.... It costs money to do that and we were all informed about what was going on..... many people need to start doing more DD....

IMO this is still a very good investment and I myself would not have increased my position by almost 1 mill today if I didnt think so... (though I got some very good prices and couldnt help it)

Baller, look at the 8k, most the shares dumped were prior to SAVW filing the regD 504.. almost ALL the billion shares sold were from debt conversions.. so the $1m worth of shares for the 504 still need to be facilitate, IMO..
