I believe you are correct, but it is still going to weight heavily on the PPS of this stock. It will have an effect on this stock when they go for a bank loan, seek investments from "angel investors", try to pay vendors down the road, etc.
I have been involved in to many pinkyland stocks that tried to pay for everything with shares and IMO this has severely caused these pinkyland companies "GREAT FINANCIAL STRESS". A lot of these companies never recovered.
I don't think, in my limited experience, SAVW is approaching this yet, but it is something to watch for and keep in mind.
These shares will still be on the books and will have to be considered by any prudent investor in this company.
